This is Part 2 of GB/T 9160.
This part is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 9160.2-2006 Rolling bearings—Accessories—Part 2: Locknuts and locking devices. In addition to editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 9160.2-2006:
—— The expression of identification code is modified (see Chapter 5 of this edition and Chapter 5 of 2006 edition);
——The models of lockwashers applicable to locknuts KM42~KM56 are deleted (see Table 1 of 2006 edition);
——Some reference dimensions for HM and HML series locknuts are added (see Tables 4 and 5);
—— Requirements for material of lockwasher and locking clip are modified (see 8.1 of this edition and 8.1 of 2006 edition);
—— Requirements for surface roughness of lockwasher and locking clip are modified (see Table 13 of this edition and Table 13 of 2006 edition);
—— Structural diagram and boundary dimension table of lockwasher with bent inner tab are moved to the annex (see annex A of this edition, and Figure 3 and Table 5 of 2006 edition).
