1 Scope
This document specifies the specifications, structural types, dimensional tolerances, chemical composition, mechanical properties, macrostructure, metallographic structure, non-destructive testing, and dimensional accuracy of water-cooled and hot-mould coating metal pipe mould for centrifugal ductile iron pipes, and describes the corresponding test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This document is applicable to the design, manufacturing, and acceptance of pipe mould for centrifugal ductile iron pipes made from alloy steel as raw materials.
