1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of crystalline fructose and solid fructose-glucose.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
crystalline fructose
product obtained by isomerism, separation, purification and crystallization of glucose produced by hydrolysis of starch, or product obtained by separation, purification and crystallization of fructose and glucose produced by hydrolysis of sucrose
3.2
solid fructose-glucose
powdery product obtained by drying high fructose syrup, or crystalline product formed by mixing crystalline fructose and crystalline glucose according to a certain proportion
