1 Scope
This standard specifies rated value, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as requirements for marking, packaging, transport and storage of swapping battery pack connector (hereinafter referred to as "connector") of electric vehicle.
This standard is applicable to design, production and application of swapping battery pack connector of electric vehicle.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 11918.1-2014, GB/T 19596 and GB/T 20234.1-2015 and the following apply.

4 Rated Value
4.1 Rated working voltage
Coupler circuit is classified into motor circuit and control circuit, with the rated working voltages as follows:
a) Motor circuit: 750 V(DC);
b) Control circuit: 30 V(DC).
4.2 Rated working current
Coupler circuit is classified into motor circuit and control circuit, with the rated working currents as follows:
a) Motor circuit: 80 A, 125 A, 250 A and 400 A;
b) Control circuit: 2A (signal and control); 20A (low-voltage auxiliary power supply).
5 Structure and Function
5.1 Environmental conditions
The storage and working environment of coupler shall meet the following requirements:
a) Ambient temperature: -30℃~50℃;
b) Relative humidity: daily average maximum relative humidity is 95% and monthly average maximum relative humidity is 90%, with no condensation on the surface;
c) Altitude: ≤ 2,000 m;
d) There shall be no medium corroding metal or damaging insulation or conductive or explosive medium in the air.
5.2 Storage temperature
Product storage temperature: -40℃~65℃.
5.3 Structure requirements
5.3.1 The accessible surface of coupler shall be free from burr, joint flash or similar sharp edge.
5.3.2 User shall not be able to change the location of grounding contact or neutral contact.
5.3.3 Product structure shall prevent incorrect coupling; multi-core coupler shall prevent incorrect coupling between plug and socket.
5.3.4 Insulating lining, partition and similar parts shall possess sufficient mechanical strength and be fastened to enclosure or main body, and they shall meet the followings:
——They cannot be dismantled unless seriously damaged; or
——They are such designed that they cannot be placed at incorrect positions.
5.3.5 There shall be clear identifications for terminal location and protective ground terminal.
5.3.6 Electrical connection sequence shall meet the following requirements:
a) In the coupling process, it shall be ensured that the contact coupled in the following sequence: protective grounding, high voltage positive pole, high voltage negative pole, low-voltage auxiliary power supply, communication and signal and control terminals;
b) In disconnection process, it shall be ensured that the contact disconnected in the following sequence: communication, signal and control terminals, low-voltage auxiliary power supply, high voltage positive pole, high voltage negative pole and protective grounding.
