1 Scope
This standard specifies installation and acceptance of read-write equipment of the electronic identification of stationary motor vehicles.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 35786-2017 apply.
4 Installation
4.1 Installation Environment
Installation position of read-write equipment shall meet the following requirements:
a) It shall be kept away from interference of strong electromagnetic field;
b) With 50m from the installation point, field strength of other 920MHz~925MHz wireless radiofrequency signals shall be lower than 7μV/m;
c) Radiofrequency signals of read-write equipment shall not be kept out and other traffic facilities shall not be influenced after installation;
d) Read-write equipment and installation member bars shall not intrude into clearance limit range of road traffic.
4.2 Installation Requirements
Installation of read-write equipment shall meet the following requirements:
a) Read-write unit and antenna unit shall be firmly installed and normal operation of read-write equipment shall not be influenced due to vibration.
b) Installed hardware equipment shall be provided with anti-theft measures;
c) Construction shall be carried out according to the requirements of 4.3 in GB 50198-2011.
4.3 Installation Mode
Installation modes of read-write equipment include cantilever type, portal type, column type and vehicle-amounted type, which are detailed in Annex A.
4.4 Installation Quantity
Installation quantity of read-write unit and antenna unit for read-write equipment shall be able to meet the actual management requirements. An antenna unit or integrated read-write equipment shall be installed right above each lane according to lane identification or controlled road section.
4.5 Installation Position
Installation position of read-write equipment in outdoor environment shall meet the following requirements:
a) Under the condition that the length of feeder unit is permissible, read-write unit of split read-write equipment should be installed at vertical bar; if the length of feeder unit is not permissible, read-write unit shall be installed at cross bar which is close to the vertical bar as possible.
b) For antenna unit of split read-write equipment or integrated read-write equipment to be installed above the road, installation position of shall be right above identification road section or center line of identification lane as close as possible.
c) Where antenna unit of split read-write equipment or integrated read-write equipment is installed at roadside, included angle of horizontal projection of antenna unit perpendicular line and traveling direction should not be greater than 30°, which is detailed in Annex B.
4.6 Installation Height
Installation height of read-write equipment in outdoor environment shall meet the following requirements:
a) Where being installed at vertical bar, the clear height should be greater than or equal to 2.5m;
b) Where being installed at cross bar, the clear height shall be greater than or equal to 5.5m;
c) Where being installed at bridge, tunnel, culvert and the like, the clear height shall not be less than height limit for the road;
d) Clear height of antenna unit should not be greater than 7m.
4.7 Feeder Unit
Bending radius of feeder unit of split read-write equipment shall be more than 15 times outside diameter of feeder cable; it shall be round, smooth and uniform at the bend; repeated bending is not allowed; the feeder shall be free from wrapping and twisting and the laying shall be neat, straight and flat.
4.8 Member Bar
Member bar installation shall meet the following requirements:
a) Circular or multi-angle variable cross-section profile should be used; retention flange plate should be welded at connection end of vertical bar and cross bar; and at least 4 reinforcing ribs shall be welded uniformly between flange plate and the bar;
b) Wiring holes are reserved on the vertical bar 0.3m to 1.0m above the ground where waterproof sill, cover plate and set screw are equipped;
c) Outlet hole is reserved at installation position of read-write unit and antenna unit, where rubber sheath and cable backwater bent hook are equipped;
d) Plastic or antiseptic metal water-proof pipe cap shall be installed at top of vertical bar and retention flange plate shall be welded at bottom of vertical bar with at least 4 reinforcing ribs welded between flange plate and the bar uniformly;
e) Protective earthing resistance shall be less than 10Ω;
f) During installation, the bar shall be vertical and inclination shall not exceed ±0.5%.
4.9 Other Requirements
4.9.1 Lightning protection
Earth terminal of read-write equipment shall be reliably connected with the bar.
4.9.2 Waterproof and anti-corrosion
For exposed cable interface, waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment shall be carried out.
4.9.3 Information sign
Information sign shall be arranged correspondingly during installation of read-write equipment, which is detailed in Annex C.
4.9.4 Wind resistance
For structure design of each read-write equipment unit and information sign, wind-resistant wind speed shall be greater than 22m/s on open flat ground and at the height of 5.5m.
5 Acceptance
5.1 Site Test Conditions for Acceptance
Unless otherwise stipulated, the following conditions shall be met during site test of read-write equipment for acceptance:
a) The weather is fine, without the influence of rain, snow, fog, etc.;
b) Single tested vehicle is adopted for test and common vehicle model during read-write equipment monitoring the road should be selected as tested vehicle;
c) During test, traveling track of tested vehicle shall be at left side, in the middle and right side of identification lane respectively and vehicle body shall not go beyond the test lane.
d) Security measures such as isolation and protection shall be arranged at test site.
