1 Scope
This standard specifies the conditions required for inspection, inspection items, test methods, requirements and inspection rules for static plough (hereinafter referred to as “plough”) used in the working surface of longwall coal mining.
This standard is applicable to the end-of-manufacturing inspection and type inspection of plough used in the working surface of longwall coal mining.

3 Conditions required for inspection
3.1 The electrical equipment of the plough shall meet the requirements of GB 3836.1~GB 3836.4, and shall have the Explosion-proof Certificate issued by the explosion-proof department approved and authorized by the State and the safety certificate of approval for mining products issued by organization designated by the State.
3.2 The main parts of the plough, including the coal ploughing unit, the conveying unit, and the control system, shall be assembled before inspection.
3.3 The main parts and components of the plough shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1. The whole machine may only be inspected after other parts and components have passed the separate inspection, and the parts and components will not be inspected during the whole machine inspection.
3.4 All products such as standard parts and purchased parts for plough shall have product certificates.
3.5 The sensors, measuring instruments and recording instruments used for measurement shall have periodic inspection certificates. The measuring accuracy of various parameters shall meet the requirements specified in Annex A.
