Mining drive sprocket for chains (round link)
1 Scope
This standard specifies the type and dimension, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mining drive sprocket for round-link chains (hereafter referred to as “sprocket”).
This standard is applicable to the drive sprockets with round-link chain as traction chain in scraper conveyor, scraper loader, coal plough, boring machine and coal winning machine, and also to the drive sprockets in other equipment with round-link chain as traction chain.

3 Type and and dimension
3.1 The type and dimension of each sprocket shall meet the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1.
3.2 If the sprocket size is not included in Table 1, it shall be calculated according to the formula given in Table 2. See Annex A for calculation examples and figures.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the type and dimension, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mining drive sprocket for round-link chains (hereafter referred to as “sprocket”).
