NB/T 47016-2023 Mechanical proper tests of product welded test coupons for pressure equipments
1 Scope
This document specifies the preparation of test coupons and samples, test methods and acceptance criteria of product welded test coupons for pressure equipments (boilers, pressure vessels and pressure pipes).
This document is applicable to the mechanical properties and bending properties tests of steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, nickel and zirconium product welded test coupons (including product welding test plates, simulation rings and identification rings) for pressure equipments.
This document is not applicable to the mechanical properties and bending properties test of product welded test coupons for gas cylinders.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 3375 and NB/T 47014 and the following apply. In case of any inconsistency, the terms and definitions given in NB/T 47014 shall prevail.
4 General
4.1 The mechanical properties test of product welded test coupons shall not only meet the requirements of this document, but also meet the requirements of relevant safety technical specifications, standards and design documents.
4.2 The material used for test coupons should be taken from acceptable raw materials, and the represented pressure equipment component material is the same standard, the same designation (grade, steel number), the same specification (limited thickness), and the same heat treatment state. When the pressure equipments are welded with S11348(06Cr13Al) steel without post weld heat treatment, the base material of the test coupons shall include the steel plate of each furnace number.
4.3 Product welded test coupons for pressure equipments are divided into plate test coupons and tubular test coupons, tubular test coupons refer to pipes and rings.
4.4 Welding of product welded test coupons
a) The welded joint plate test coupons of the longitudinal seam (including the seam stitching of head) shall be placed in the extension part of the weld and welded at the same time as the represented weld;
