1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation requirements, evaluation methods and calculation methods of green supply chain management in the automotive industry. This document applies to automobile manufacturers and parts manufacturers, and other enterprises for reference and implementation.

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through the normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the reference document, only the date of the corresponding version applies to this document; do not note the date of the reference document, its latest version (including all the revision of the list) applies to this document.

3 terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined by GB/T 33635-2017 are applicable to this document.
4 Evaluation requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.2 Evaluation indicators
4.2.1 Management strategy
4.2.1.1 The enterprise development strategic plan, development concept and other management policy documents should contain green development-related content.
4.2.1.2 The enterprise should formulate the green supply chain management objectives and implementation plan for the past three years.
4.2.1.3 The enterprise should have green supply chain management system documents, which should at least include the purpose and object of green supply chain management, management process, division of responsibilities of various departments and reward and punishment measures.
4.2.1.4 The enterprise should have a green supply chain management standard system, and should at least include index requirements, verification methods, etc. It should cover product procurement and supplier management, production management, sales and recycling management, information disclosure and disclosure management, etc.
4.2.1.5 The enterprise should have part-time or full-time managers of green supply chain.
4.2.1.6 Annual training mechanism on green supply chain management and technical points should be established within the enterprise.
4.2.1.7 One or more training sessions shall be organized annually, and relevant records shall be provided.
4.2.2 Green procurement and supplier management
4.2.2.1 Automobile manufacturers shall issue and effectively implement green procurement guidelines; green procurement guidelines shall require suppliers to establish a green supply chain management system; supplier associate management shall require suppliers to upload material data information through the industry information platform, and new energy vehicle enterprises shall also meet the implementation of separate management of battery manufacturers, requiring suppliers to provide battery code traceability, battery disassembly and storage and other related information. Auto parts manufacturers should publish and effectively implement green procurement guidelines; green procurement guidelines should require suppliers to establish green supply chain management systems; supplier access management should require suppliers to upload material data information through the industry information platform.
4.2.2.2 Enterprises should require suppliers to actively pass ISO 14001 or GB/T 45001 certification.
4.2.2.3 Enterprises shall encourage directly managed suppliers to use energy-saving and environment-friendly processes/equipment and use processes/equipment belonging to the recommended categories in national policies.
4.2.2.4 The enterprise shall have green supplier selection criteria and carry out green supplier selection; and carry out joint improvement for suppliers with poor environmental performance.
5 Evaluation methods
5.1 Production enterprises should meet the requirements of 4.1, production enterprises and products are evaluated in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B, the evaluation index calculation method is shown in Appendix A.
5.2 The evaluation index of green supply chain management enterprises in the automotive industry is calculated according to the method in Chapter 6.
