This standard replaces TB/T 3238-2010 Specification for traction motors on board motive units. The following main technical changes have been made with respect to TB/T 3238-2010:
——修改了环境条件(见第4章,2010年版的第4章);
——The ambient conditions are modified (see Clause 4; Clause 4 of Edition 2010);

——修改了外观检查、定子绕组冷态直流电阻的测量、绝缘电阻测量、空载试验、堵转试验、风量风压试验、温升试验、超速试验、耐电压试验、冲击和振动试验的试验方法(见6.2、6.4、6.5、6.8、6.9、6.12、6.13、6.14、6.16、6.18,2010 年版 6.4.1、6.4.4、6.4.2、6.4.5、6.4.6、6.4.11、 6.4.8、6.4.9、6.4.3、6.4.13);

1 范围 Scope
本标准规定了动车组异步牵引电动机的环境条件、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和储存。
This standard specifies the ambient conditions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of asynchronous traction motor for EMU.
本标准适用于采用电压源型逆变器供电、变压变频(VVVF)调速方式控制的动车组异步牵引电动机(以下简称电动机)。
This standard is applicable to the EMU asynchronous traction motor that is powered by voltage source inverter and controlled by variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) speed regulation method (hereinafter referred to as motor).

4 环境条件 Ambient conditions
电动机在以下环境条件下应能正常运行:
Motors shall be in normal operation under the following ambient conditions:
a) 海拔不超过1 500 m;
a) the altitude does not exceed 1 500m;
b) 环境温度(遮阴处):-25℃~ +40℃;高寒地区环境温度(遮阴处):-40℃〜+40℃;
b) ambient temperature (in the shade): -25℃~+40℃; ambient temperature at high and cold area (in the shade): -40℃~+40℃;
c) 最湿月月平均最大相对湿度为95%,该月月平均最低温度为25℃;
c) the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90% and the monthly average minimum temperature of this month is 25℃;
d) 降水量按GB/T 4798.5 —2007中的5K3级考虑,即6 mm/min;根据电动机安装位置、风速和车辆运动综合考虑雨的影响;
d) the precipitation is considered to be Grade 5K3 in GB/T 4798.5-2007, i.e. 6mm/min; the influence of rain is considered comprehensively according to the installation position of motor, wind speed and vehicle motion;
e) 风速、雪和冰雹、冰、太阳辐射符合GB/T 32347.1—2015的要求。
e) the wind speed, snow and hail, ice and solar radiation shall meet the requirements of GB/T 32347.1-2015.
当电动机使用环境条件超出上述条件时,由供需双方协商确定。
If the application environment condition of the motor is beyond the above-mentioned conditions, it shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.
5 技术要求 Technical requirements
5.1 一般要求
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 电动机应按规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。
5.1.1 The motor shall be manufactured according to the drawing and technical document approved by prescribed procedures.
5.1.2 电动机表面的防护涂层应干燥、无污损、无锈蚀和无裂痕等现象。
5.1.2 The protective coating on the motor surface shall be dry, non-stained, rustless and crack-free, etc.
5.1.3 电动机的外形和安装尺寸应满足供需双方确定的技术协议接口要求。
5.1.3 The shape and installation dimension of the motor shall meet the technical protocol interface requirements determined by the supplier and the purchaser.
5.2 材料、部件、结构与连接
5.2 Materials, components, structures and connections
5.2.1 构件材料要求
5.2.1 Element material requirements
5.2.1.1 裸露的金属构件如机座、端盖、紧固件等应具有防锈保护。
5.2.1.1 The exposed metal elements, including seat, end cap, fasteners and the like, shall be protected against rust.
5.2.1.2 非金属材料构件的阻燃性应符合TB/T 3138的要求,耐老化性应符合GB/T 24135的要求。
5.2.1.2 The fire resistance of elements made of nonmetallic materials shall meet the requirements of TB/T 3138 and the ageing resistance shall be in accordance with GB/T 24135.
5.2.1.3 电动机所用材料应符合国家及行业关于禁用和限用物质的相关标准及法律规定。
5.2.1.3 The motor materials shall meet the relevant national and professional standards and laws for banned and restricted substances.
5.2.1.4 用于支撑和固定载流体部件的绝缘材料构件,应阻燃、耐热、耐漏电起痕性、防潮并有足够的耐电压强度和机械强度。
5.2.1.4 The elements made of insulating materials for supporting and fixing carrier fluid components shall be flame retardant, heat-resistant, anti-tracking, moisture-proof and shall have sufficient dielectric strength and mechanical strength.
5.2.1.5 电动机在正常使用中,不应发生有碍安全的电气和机械故障,绝缘不应损坏,连接件不应松动,弹性部件和外壳部件不应老化失效。
5.2.1.5 During the normal use of motor, it shall be free of electrical and mechanical faults that hinder the safety; the insulation shall not be damaged; the connector shall not become loose; elastic components and enclosure components shall not have aging failure.
5.2.2 轴承性能
5.2.2 Bearing performance
5.2.2.1 电动机轴承一般采用脂润滑方式,应具有可靠的密封结构。
5.2.2.1 The motor bearing is generally greased and shall have a reliable sealing structure.
5.2.2.2 电动机应安装绝缘轴承。
5.2.2.2 The motor shall be equipped with insulated bearing.
5.2.2.3 电动机不解体即可对轴承进行补充油脂的维护。
5.2.2.3 The motor can be subjected to oil supplementing maintenance without disintegration.
5.2.3 绝缘结构耐热要求
5.2.3 Heat-resistant requirements of insulated structure
电动机绝缘结构的耐热等级不低于IEC 60349-2:2010中规定的200级。
The insulated structure of the motor shall have heat-resisting grade not lower than Grade 200 given in IEC 60349-2:2010.
5.2.4 部件及结构要求
5.2.4 Component and structure requirements
5.2.4.1 所有碳钢焊接零部件的设计、生产及检验应符合GB/T 25343(所有部分)的要求。所有球墨铸铁零部件的设计、生产及检验应符合GB/T 1348的要求。
5.2.4.1 The design, production and inspection of all carbon steel welding components shall meet the requirements of GB/T 25343 (all parts). The design, production and inspection of all spheroidal graphite iron castings shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1348.
5.2.4.2 电动机外壳防护等级不应低于GB/T 4942.1—2006规定的IP × 3。
5.2.4.2 The protection grade of motor enclosure shall not be less than IP × 3 given in GB/T 4942.1-2006.
5.2.4.3 电动机接线盒(如有)应具有适当的体积以容纳接线装置,并使其电气间隙和爬电距离满足 GB/T 21413.1—2008的要求,防护等级应满足GB/T 4942.1—2006中的IP55的要求。
5.2.4.3 The motor junction box (if any) shall have an appropriate volume to accommodate the wiring device, and its electric clearance and creepage distance shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21413.1-2008, and the protection grade shall meet the requirements of IP55 given in GB/T 4942.1-2006.
5.2.4.4 电动机机座上应设有防脱落安全托,电动机内部应设有防止内部积水的排水装置。
5.2.4.4 The motor seat shall be provided with an anti-drop safety bracket; in the internal of the motor, there shall be a drainage device to prevent internal water accumulation.
5.2.4.5 接线盒或带电部分应有明显的警示标识,警示标识符合GB/T 5465.2的规定。
5.2.4.5 The junction box or live parts shall have obvious warning marks which shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5465.2.
5.2.4.6 电动机转子应校动平衡,许用不平衡量不应低于GB/T 9239.1—2006中G2.5级的要求。
5.2.4.6 The motor rotor shall be balanced, and the allowable unbalance shall not be lower than the requirements of Grade G2.5 given in GB/T 9239.1-2006.

5.2.5.1 电动机的接线端应具有明显的U/V/W三相标识。
5.2.5.1 The terminal of the motor shall have an obvious U/V/W three-phase identification.
5.2.5.2 电动机应设置接地点,在接地点处设置接地标识。

5.3.1 总则
5.3.1 General
5.3.1.1 应确保电动机所有部件制造一致性,保证只更换定子或转子时,特性偏差不超过试验允许偏差。
5.3.1.1 It shall be ensured that all components of the motor are manufactured consistently, and that the characteristic deviation does not exceed the test allowable deviation when only the stator or rotor is replaced.
5.3.1.2 应提供达到动车组恒功范围内电动机连续工作的额定参数或对应于工频试验条件下的代用额定参数,至少应包括以下内容:
5.3.1.2 It is required to provide the rated parameters of the motor in continuous operation within the range of constant power of EMU, or the substitute rated parameters under the condition of power frequency test, including the following items at least:

电动机的热态绝缘电阻值不低于公式(1)得出的值。
The hot state insulation resistance of the motor shall not be less than that obtained in equation (1).

绕组冷态绝缘电阻要求不低于100 MΩ。型式检验时,电动机应测量冷态和热态下的绝缘电阻;出厂检验时,允许只测量冷态下的绝缘电阻。
The cold state insulation resistance of winding is required to be no less than 100MΩ. During type inspection, the hot state and cold state insulation resistance of the motor shall be measured; while in end-of-manufacturing inspection, only the cold state insulation resistance is measured.
5.3.2.2 温度传感器(如有)绝缘电阻
5.3.2.2 Insulation resistance of temperature sensor (if any)
温度传感器导线对外壳(或机座)绝缘电阻不小于10MΩ。
The insulation resistance of the wire of temperature sensor to the enclosure (or seat) is not less than 10MΩ.
5.3.2.3 速度传感器(如有)绝缘电阻
5.3.2.3 Insulation resistance of speed sensor (if any)
速度传感器导线对外壳(或机座)绝缘电阻不小于10MΩ。
The insulation resistance of the wire of speed sensor to the enclosure (or seat) is not less than 10MΩ.
5.3.2.4 轴承的绝缘电阻
5.3.2.4 Insulation resistance of bearing
在10℃~40℃,湿度小于70%条件下,用500 V兆欧表测量,整机组装后测量轴承的绝缘电阻应大于10MΩ(冷态)。
Measure the insulation resistance of bearing with a 500V tramegger at the temperature of 10℃ to 40℃ and humidity less than 70%. The insulation resistance of bearing after the assembly of the complete machine shall be greater than 10MΩ (cold state).
5.3.3 温度传感器(如有)功能
5.3.3 Function of temperature sensor (if any)
当电动机配备温度传感器Pt100时,按6.6所测得的温度传感器的换算温度与环境温度偏差不应超过±3℃。
Where the motor is equipped with the temperature sensor Pt100, the converted temperature of the environment temperature measured according to 6.6 shall not deviate from the ambient temperature by ±3℃.
5.3.4 速度传感器(如有)功能
5.3.4 Function of speed sensor (if any)
安装在电动机上的速度传感器的工作电压、相位差、输出电平应符合供需双方协商确定的技术要求。
The operating voltage, phase difference, and output level of the speed sensor mounted on the motor shall meet the technical requirements determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.
5.3.5 转向
5.3.5 Rotational direction
除非另有规定,按电动机出线端标志接线,当出线端标志的字母顺序与三相电源的电压相序相同时,从传动端视之,电动机应为顺时针方向旋转。
Unless otherwise specified, wiring is conducted according to the mark at the outlet terminal. If the alphabetical order of the mark for outlet terminal is consistent with the voltage phase sequence of three-phase supply, the motor shall rotate clockwise (observed from the driving end).
5.3.6 定子绕组直流电阻值
5.3.6 DC resistance of stator winding
电动机定子绕组直流电阻值应在已设定的典型值的±10%范围内,允许偏差也可由供需双方协商确定。
The DC resistance of the stator winding of motor shall be within ±10% of the typical value that has been set. The allowable deviation can also be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.

电动机空载运行时,在典型曲线上10%~100%最高转速间出现最大磁通的电压下,电动机的空载电流应在典型值的-10% ~+10%范围内。其中典型值为最初4台电动机(其中1台是经过型式检验的)确定的平均值。
When the motor is operating at no load, the no-load current of the motor shall be within the range of -10% to +10% of the typical value under the voltage of the maximum flux between 10% and 100% of the maximum speed on the typical curve. The typical value shall be the average of the first four motors, one of which has passed the type inspection.
5.3.8 堵转特性
5.3.8 Locked rotor characteristic
堵转电流应在典型值的-5%~ +5%范围内,其中典型值为最初4台电动机(其中1台是经过型式检验的)确定的平均值。
The locked-rotor current shall be in the range of -5% to + 5% of the typical value which is the average of the first four motors (one of which has passed the type inspection).
5.3.9 振动限值

试验台上自由放置,当电动机转速小于或等于3 600 r/min时,其振动速度不应超过3.5 mm/s;当电动机转速大于3 600 r/min时,其振动速度不应超过5.25 mm/s。
When the motor is placed freely on the test stand, if the motor speed is less than or equal to 3 600r/min, the vibration speed shall not exceed 3.5mm/s; if the motor speed is greater than 3 600r/min, the vibration speed shall not exceed 5.25mm/s.

电动机空载运行时噪声限值不应超过IEC 60349-2:2010中图C.1规定的限值。

4 环境条件 Ambient conditions
电动机在以下环境条件下应能正常运行:
Motors shall be in normal operation under the following ambient conditions:
a) 海拔不超过1 500 m;
a) the altitude does not exceed 1 500m;
b) 环境温度(遮阴处):-25℃~ +40℃;高寒地区环境温度(遮阴处):-40℃〜+40℃;
b) ambient temperature (in the shade): -25℃~+40℃; ambient temperature at high and cold area (in the shade): -40℃~+40℃;
c) 最湿月月平均最大相对湿度为95%,该月月平均最低温度为25℃;
c) the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90% and the monthly average minimum temperature of this month is 25℃;
d) 降水量按GB/T 4798.5 —2007中的5K3级考虑,即6 mm/min;根据电动机安装位置、风速和车辆运动综合考虑雨的影响;
d) the precipitation is considered to be Grade 5K3 in GB/T 4798.5-2007, i.e. 6mm/min; the influence of rain is considered comprehensively according to the installation position of motor, wind speed and vehicle motion;
e) 风速、雪和冰雹、冰、太阳辐射符合GB/T 32347.1—2015的要求。
e) the wind speed, snow and hail, ice and solar radiation shall meet the requirements of GB/T 32347.1-2015.
当电动机使用环境条件超出上述条件时,由供需双方协商确定。
If the application environment condition of the motor is beyond the above-mentioned conditions, it shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.
5 技术要求 Technical requirements
5.1 一般要求
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 电动机应按规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。
5.1.1 The motor shall be manufactured according to the drawing and technical document approved by prescribed procedures.
5.1.2 电动机表面的防护涂层应干燥、无污损、无锈蚀和无裂痕等现象。
5.1.2 The protective coating on the motor surface shall be dry, non-stained, rustless and crack-free, etc.
5.1.3 电动机的外形和安装尺寸应满足供需双方确定的技术协议接口要求。
5.1.3 The shape and installation dimension of the motor shall meet the technical protocol interface requirements determined by the supplier and the purchaser.
5.2 材料、部件、结构与连接
5.2 Materials, components, structures and connections
5.2.1 构件材料要求
5.2.1 Element material requirements
5.2.1.1 裸露的金属构件如机座、端盖、紧固件等应具有防锈保护。
5.2.1.1 The exposed metal elements, including seat, end cap, fasteners and the like, shall be protected against rust.
5.2.1.2 非金属材料构件的阻燃性应符合TB/T 3138的要求,耐老化性应符合GB/T 24135的要求。
5.2.1.2 The fire resistance of elements made of nonmetallic materials shall meet the requirements of TB/T 3138 and the ageing resistance shall be in accordance with GB/T 24135.
5.2.1.3 电动机所用材料应符合国家及行业关于禁用和限用物质的相关标准及法律规定。
5.2.1.3 The motor materials shall meet the relevant national and professional standards and laws for banned and restricted substances.
5.2.1.4 用于支撑和固定载流体部件的绝缘材料构件,应阻燃、耐热、耐漏电起痕性、防潮并有足够的耐电压强度和机械强度。
5.2.1.4 The elements made of insulating materials for supporting and fixing carrier fluid components shall be flame retardant, heat-resistant, anti-tracking, moisture-proof and shall have sufficient dielectric strength and mechanical strength.
5.2.1.5 电动机在正常使用中,不应发生有碍安全的电气和机械故障,绝缘不应损坏,连接件不应松动,弹性部件和外壳部件不应老化失效。
5.2.1.5 During the normal use of motor, it shall be free of electrical and mechanical faults that hinder the safety; the insulation shall not be damaged; the connector shall not become loose; elastic components and enclosure components shall not have aging failure.
5.2.2 轴承性能
5.2.2 Bearing performance
5.2.2.1 电动机轴承一般采用脂润滑方式,应具有可靠的密封结构。
5.2.2.1 The motor bearing is generally greased and shall have a reliable sealing structure.
5.2.2.2 电动机应安装绝缘轴承。
5.2.2.2 The motor shall be equipped with insulated bearing.
5.2.2.3 电动机不解体即可对轴承进行补充油脂的维护。

电动机绝缘结构的耐热等级不低于IEC 60349-2:2010中规定的200级。
The insulated structure of the motor shall have heat-resisting grade not lower than Grade 200 given in IEC 60349-2:2010.
5.2.4 部件及结构要求
5.2.4 Component and structure requirements
5.2.4.1 所有碳钢焊接零部件的设计、生产及检验应符合GB/T 25343(所有部分)的要求。所有球墨铸铁零部件的设计、生产及检验应符合GB/T 1348的要求。
5.2.4.1 The design, production and inspection of all carbon steel welding components shall meet the requirements of GB/T 25343 (all parts). The design, production and inspection of all spheroidal graphite iron castings shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1348.
5.2.4.2 电动机外壳防护等级不应低于GB/T 4942.1—2006规定的IP × 3。
5.2.4.2 The protection grade of motor enclosure shall not be less than IP × 3 given in GB/T 4942.1-2006.
5.2.4.3 电动机接线盒(如有)应具有适当的体积以容纳接线装置,并使其电气间隙和爬电距离满足 GB/T 21413.1—2008的要求,防护等级应满足GB/T 4942.1—2006中的IP55的要求。
5.2.4.3 The motor junction box (if any) shall have an appropriate volume to accommodate the wiring device, and its electric clearance and creepage distance shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21413.1-2008, and the protection grade shall meet the requirements of IP55 given in GB/T 4942.1-2006.
5.2.4.4 电动机机座上应设有防脱落安全托,电动机内部应设有防止内部积水的排水装置。
5.2.4.4 The motor seat shall be provided with an anti-drop safety bracket; in the internal of the motor, there shall be a drainage device to prevent internal water accumulation.
5.2.4.5 接线盒或带电部分应有明显的警示标识,警示标识符合GB/T 5465.2的规定。
5.2.4.5 The junction box or live parts shall have obvious warning marks which shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5465.2.
5.2.4.6 电动机转子应校动平衡,许用不平衡量不应低于GB/T 9239.1—2006中G2.5级的要求。
5.2.4.6 The motor rotor shall be balanced, and the allowable unbalance shall not be lower than the requirements of Grade G2.5 given in GB/T 9239.1-2006.

5.3.1.1 应确保电动机所有部件制造一致性,保证只更换定子或转子时,特性偏差不超过试验允许偏差。
5.3.1.1 It shall be ensured that all components of the motor are manufactured consistently, and that the characteristic deviation does not exceed the test allowable deviation when only the stator or rotor is replaced.
5.3.1.2 应提供达到动车组恒功范围内电动机连续工作的额定参数或对应于工频试验条件下的代用额定参数,至少应包括以下内容:

The cold state insulation resistance of winding is required to be no less than 100MΩ. During type inspection, the hot state and cold state insulation resistance of the motor shall be measured; while in end-of-manufacturing inspection, only the cold state insulation resistance is measured.

Measure the insulation resistance of bearing with a 500V tramegger at the temperature of 10℃ to 40℃ and humidity less than 70%. The insulation resistance of bearing after the assembly of the complete machine shall be greater than 10MΩ (cold state).
5.3.3 温度传感器(如有)功能
5.3.3 Function of temperature sensor (if any)
当电动机配备温度传感器Pt100时,按6.6所测得的温度传感器的换算温度与环境温度偏差不应超过±3℃。
Where the motor is equipped with the temperature sensor Pt100, the converted temperature of the environment temperature measured according to 6.6 shall not deviate from the ambient temperature by ±3℃.
5.3.4 速度传感器(如有)功能
5.3.4 Function of speed sensor (if any)
安装在电动机上的速度传感器的工作电压、相位差、输出电平应符合供需双方协商确定的技术要求。
The operating voltage, phase difference, and output level of the speed sensor mounted on the motor shall meet the technical requirements determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.

5.3.5 Rotational direction
除非另有规定,按电动机出线端标志接线,当出线端标志的字母顺序与三相电源的电压相序相同时,从传动端视之,电动机应为顺时针方向旋转。
Unless otherwise specified, wiring is conducted according to the mark at the outlet terminal. If the alphabetical order of the mark for outlet terminal is consistent with the voltage phase sequence of three-phase supply, the motor shall rotate clockwise (observed from the driving end).
5.3.6 定子绕组直流电阻值
5.3.6 DC resistance of stator winding
电动机定子绕组直流电阻值应在已设定的典型值的±10%范围内,允许偏差也可由供需双方协商确定。
The DC resistance of the stator winding of motor shall be within ±10% of the typical value that has been set. The allowable deviation can also be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through negotiation.
电动机定子绕组直流电阻值的典型值指首批4台电动机(包括型式检验电动机)试验测量值的平均值。
The typical value of the DC resistance of stator winding refers to the average of the test measurement values of four motors (including motor for type inspection) in the first batch.
所有牵引电动机的电阻偏差值应换算至基准温度20℃。
The resistance deviation of all traction motors shall be converted to the resistance at reference temperature 20℃.
5.3.7 空载特性
5.3.7 No-load characteristic
电动机空载运行时,在典型曲线上10%~100%最高转速间出现最大磁通的电压下,电动机的空载电流应在典型值的-10% ~+10%范围内。其中典型值为最初4台电动机(其中1台是经过型式检验的)确定的平均值。
When the motor is operating at no load, the no-load current of the motor shall be within the range of -10% to +10% of the typical value under the voltage of the maximum flux between 10% and 100% of the maximum speed on the typical curve. The typical value shall be the average of the first four motors, one of which has passed the type inspection.
5.3.8 堵转特性
5.3.8 Locked rotor characteristic
堵转电流应在典型值的-5%~ +5%范围内,其中典型值为最初4台电动机(其中1台是经过型式检验的)确定的平均值。
The locked-rotor current shall be in the range of -5% to + 5% of the typical value which is the average of the first four motors (one of which has passed the type inspection).
5.3.9 振动限值
5.3.9 Vibration limits
试验台上自由放置,当电动机转速小于或等于3 600 r/min时,其振动速度不应超过3.5 mm/s;当电动机转速大于3 600 r/min时,其振动速度不应超过5.25 mm/s。
When the motor is placed freely on the test stand, if the motor speed is less than or equal to 3 600r/min, the vibration speed shall not exceed 3.5mm/s; if the motor speed is greater than 3 600r/min, the vibration speed shall not exceed 5.25mm/s.
5.3.10 噪声限值
5.3.10 Noise limits
电动机空载运行时噪声限值不应超过IEC 60349-2:2010中图C.1规定的限值。
The noise limit for no-load operation of the motor shall not exceed the limits specified in IEC 60349-2:2010, Figure C.1.
