Specification for operation management and service of electric vehicle public charging infrastructure 1 Scope This document specifies the contents and related requirements of operation management and customer service of electric vehicle public charging infrastructure, and the operation management and service of special charging infrastructure may be implemented with reference to this document. The site selection and environment of charging infrastructure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 51313. Before operation, they shall pass the inspection for completion acceptance according to the relevant requirements of NB/T 33004 and DG/TJ 08-2093, and meet the operation conditions. 4.4 As for the operation management of charging infrastructure, it is required to provide services under the principles of safety, convenience, high efficiency and intelligence, innovate service contents, and improve service processes and quality. 5 Environmental requirements 5.1 Charging infrastructure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 37293. Without affecting operation, equipment maintenance and fire safety, greening arrangement shall be carried out based on local conditions, and shall be consistent with the city appearance. 5.2 The environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity and air pressure, when charging infrastructure operates, shall meet the requirements for normal charging of electric vehicle traction batteries.
