Dangers include but are not limited to: a) material deterioration, fire or personnel burns by the heat generated; b) burning, explosion, electric shock and the like during charging, driving and parking; c) personal injury caused by the breakage, looseness, deformation and motion interference of the bicycle or its components. 4.2 The software and hardware of electric bicycles shall have tamper-proof design to prevent unauthorized modification or change of maximum speed, motor power, voltage, etc.
