本标准适用于对以柠檬果为原料,经冷磨、精制得到的食品添加剂冷磨柠檬油的质量进行分析评价。
本标准与GB 6772-1986相比,主要修改内容如下:
——增加了“2 规范性引用文件”一章;
——增加了“3 术语和定义”一章;
——蒸发后残留物含量由“1.6%~3.9%”改为“ ≤4.0%”;含钾量由“ ≤2mg/kg”改为“ ≤3mg/kg”;重金属含量(Pb计)由“ ≤5mg/kg”改为“ ≤10mg/kg”;
——增加了附录A典型气相色谱图。
