1 Scope This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of insulating glass unit. It is applicable to insulating glass units in building and insulating glass units for refrigeration, decoration and transportation. It may be referenced by insulating glass units for other purposes. 2 Normative references The following documents for the application of this document are essential. The insulating glass units made of materials complying with standard and specification may be used for no less than 15 years generally, see Annex A.
