1. Scope The Standard prescribes the performance guarantee, technical requirements, and scope of supply and inspection project for design and manufacturing of hydraulic turbines, and puts forward the observant prescription for packing, transportation, preservation, installation, and operating maintenance. The Standard is applicable for one of the following hydraulic turbines: a) The power is 10MW or more. b) Francis and impulse turbines, nominal diameter of their rotating runners is 1.0m or more. c) Francis and tubular turbines, nominal diameter of their rotating runners is 3.3m or more. 2.
