1 Scope
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatographic method with immunoaffinity column clean-up for the determination of deoxynivalenol content in foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of deoxynivalenol content in grain and grain products, liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products.
The detection limit by the method specified in this standard: that of grain and grain products is 0.5mg/kg, that of liquor is 0.1mg/kg and that of soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products is 0.1mg/kg.
