GB/T 35613-2024 Green product assessment - Paper and paper products 1 Scope This document specifies the assessment requirements of green products of paper and paper products, and describes the relevant assessment methods. This document is applicable to green product assessment of tissue paper, tissue products and wallpaper. Spectrophotometry WS 575 Hygiene requirements for wet wipes YC/T 207 Determination of solvent residuals on papers for cigarette - Headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (2015 Edition) (CFDA Announcement No.268 [2015]) 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 33761 apply. 4 Product categories 4.1 Tissue paper, including paper towel, toilet tissue paper, hand towel, kitchen towel, etc. 4.2 Household paper products, including disposable diapers (diapers for baby and adult), sanitary absorbent pads, sanitary absorbent pants for women, breast pads and wet wipes for human use (hereinafter referred to as "wet wipes"), etc. 4.3 Wallpaper, including pure paper wallpaper, pure non-woven paper wallpaper, paper-based wallpaper, non-woven paper-based wallpaper and cloth-based wallpaper, etc. 5 Assessment requirements 5.1 Basic requirements 5.1.1 The pollutant emissions of the manufacturer shall comply with national and local pollutant emission standards. No major or above-level safety accidents or major or above-level environmental pollution incidents have occurred in the past three years. 5.1.2 The total pollutant control of the manufacturer shall meet national and local total pollutant emission control targets, and relevant national standards for energy conservation and environmental protection shall be implemented.
