本标准规定了以含糖或淀粉的物质为原料,经糖化发酵蒸馏而制得的白酒及以发酵酒或蒸馏酒作酒基,经添加可食用的辅料制成的配制酒中各项卫生指标的分析方法。本标准适用于蒸馏酒和配制酒中各项卫生指标的分析。甲醇的检出限为0.02g/100mL。杂醇油的检出限(以异戊醇和异丁醇计)为0.03g/100mL。锰的检出限为0.50mg/L。蒸馏酒系指体积分数为60度以上的酒,如乙醇浓度不够60度时,各项测定结果应换算成60度时的含量。配制酒经蒸馏后测定乙醇浓度,低于60度时,各项测定结果也应换算成60度时的含量。
