DB31/933-2015 Integrated emission standards of air pollutants- Shanghai Integrated emission standards of air pollutants 1 Application scope This standard specifies the requirements for emission control, monitoring, supervision and implementation of air pollutants from stationary sources. This standard is applicable to the air pollutant emission management of existing pollution sources, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance of new, reconstructed and expanded projects and the air pollutant emission management after they are put into production. This standard is applicable to the legal pollutant emission behaviors. The management of the location of newly established pollution sources and of the existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and rules such as Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Maritime Environmental Protection, Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution Caused by Solid Waste, Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Environmental Protection and Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Environmental Protection. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard.
