This standard is applicable to the measuring methods of hygienic index of such tools and pipes as food vessels, tableware and packing films which are made of Polyethylene, Polystyrene and Polypropyrene.
2 Sampling Method
Each lot of the samples shall be taken according to 0.1% in proportion and the sampling volume of smaller lots shall be no less than 10 (calculated at 500mL volume/loaf and if it is less than 500mL/loaf, the specimen shall be doubled). Among which, half the number shall be tested and the other half shall be preserved for two months for arbitration analysis and shall be marked with product name ,lot number and date of sample. Clear the specimen for the next application.
