1 Scope
This standard specifies aluminum pressure cooker (hereinafter referred to as pressure cooker) in terms of definitions, classification, requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, labeling, operation instruction, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to the following household pressure cookers:
nominal working pressure: 50 kPa ~120 kPa;
volume: ≤ 18 L;
machined by aluminum and aluminum alloy plates.
This standard does not apply to the pressure cooker which fries by oil under a pressure.
