1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of filling and packaging machine for milk powder.
This standard is applicable to the filling and packaging machine for milk powder (hereinafter referred to as "packaging machine") with flexible packaging materials or prefabricated cans with packaging mass not more than 10 kg.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

production capacity
number of packages that can be packed per unit time, in bags (cans)/min
3.2
package
whole product formed by packaging of milk powder
3.3
net quantity
mass of milk powder after removing packaging containers and other packaging materials
Note: Neither the weight of packaging materials of milk powder nor the weight of any other materials packaged with milk powder shall be included in net quantity. For example, the weight of the quantitative spoon in the milk powder package is not included in the net quantity.

nominal quantity
net content of the commodity indicated by the producer or seller on the package of quantitatively packaged commodities
