This document is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization — Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents. This document is the part 5 of GB/T 38775 Electric vehicle wireless power transfer. The following parts of GB/T 38775 have been published: ——Part 1: General requirements; ——Part 2: Communication protocols between on-board charger and wireless power transfer device; ——Part 3: Specific requirements; ——Part 4: Limits and test methods of electromagnetic environment; ——Part 5: Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods; ——Part 7: Interoperability requirements and testing — Vehicle side. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this standard may be the subject of patent rights. The issuing body of this document shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee of Auto Standardization (SAC/TC 114).   Introduction GB/T 38775 aims to establish the requirements, test methods, interoperability and other requirements of electric vehicle wireless power transfer, and is planned to be composed of nine parts: ——Part 1: General requirements. This part specifies the overall requirements of the electric vehicle wireless power transfer. ——Part 2: Communication protocols between on-board charger and wireless power transfer device. This part specifies the communication protocol used to realize wireless charging control between communication service unit (CSU) and in-vehicle unit (IVU) of electric vehicle wireless power transfer, and the communication protocol for wireless charging control and management system (WCCMS) to participate in wireless charging control. ——Part 3: Specific requirements. This part specifies the unique safety requirements and test methods of the electric vehicle wireless power transfer. ——Part 4: Limits and test methods of electromagnetic environment. This part specifies the limits and test methods of electromagnetic environment inside and outside the electric vehicle when charging the electric vehicle wireless power transfer. ——Part 5: Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods. This part specifies the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the electric vehicle wireless power transfer and unifies the test methods and judgment criteria. ——Part 6: Interoperability requirements and testing — Ground side. This part specifies the on-board reference device for electric vehicle wireless power transfers, as well as the requirements and test methods that the primary tested components shall meet in order to satisfy the interoperability. ——Part 7: Interoperability requirements and testing — Vehicle side. This part specifies the off-board reference device for electric vehicle wireless power transfers, as well as the requirements and test methods that the secondary tested components shall meet in order to satisfy the interoperability. ——Part 8: Communication consistency testing — Ground side. This part specifies the test method for communication consistency of the off-board device under test. ——Part 9: Communication consistency testing — Vehicle side. This part specifies the test method for communication consistency of the on-board device under test. Relying on electromagnetic field, the electric vehicle wireless power transfer transmits electric energy and actively emits electromagnetic energy outward, which possibly causes strong electromagnetic disturbance and potentially affects radio services and power supply network. Meanwhile, the electric vehicle wireless power transfer is likely to be interfered by various electromagnetic phenomena in the environment during operation, which will lead to charging failure and safety risks. The limits of electromagnetic disturbance, immunity requirements and corresponding test methods of the electric vehicle wireless power transfers are given in this document, which may promote the good control of the electromagnetic environment and ensure the function and safety of the wireless power transfer. Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods of electric vehicles under other operating status have been specified in relevant standards. See GB/T 18387 (150kHz ~30MHz) and GB 34660 (30MHz~1GHz) for radiated disturbance in driving status, GB 34660 for radiated immunity in driving status, and GB/T 40428 Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods of conductive charging for electric vehicles for disturbance and immunity in conductive charging status. Electric vehicle wireless power transfer — Part 5: Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods 1 Scope This document specifies the general requirements, test plan, immunity requirements and emission requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility of the electric vehicle wireless power transfer. This document is applicable to the wireless power transfer composed of the off-board supply device and on-board supply device, or the off-board supply device and electric vehicles, and it also applies to the off-board supply device, on-board supply device and electric vehicle (or "the vehicle" for short) in the wireless power transfer. The radiated emission requirements specified in this document are not applicable to the intentional emission generated by the ITU-defined radio transmitter, nor to the spurious emission related to these intentional emissions. Note: ITU - International Telecommunication Union. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application.
