Figure 1 Schematic diagram of section shape of rod and bar Example 1: a round copper rod made of TP2 (C12200), which is supplied in hard (HO4), ordinary grade, with diameter of 19mm and length of 3 000mm is labeled as follows: Round bar GB/T 4423-TP2 H04-19X3 000 or, Round bar GB/T 4423-T12200 H04-19X3 000 Example 2: a square copper rod made of H68(T26300), which is supplied in softening annealing (O60), high precision grade, with across flat of 10mm from each other and length of 3 000mm is labeled as follows: Square bar GB/T 4423-H68 O60 high -10X3 000 or, Square bar GB/T 4423-T26300O60 high -10X3 000 Example 3: a rectangular copper rod made of HPb63-3(T34700), which is supplied in 1/4 hard (H01), ordinary grade, with long distance of 20mm and short distance of 13mm and length of 1 000mm is labeled as follows: Rectangular bar GB/T 4423-HPb63-3 H01-20X13X1 000 or, Rectangular bar GB/T 4423-T34700H01-20X13X1 000 Example 4: a hexagonal copper rod made of HPb61-1(T37100), which is supplied in semi-hard state (H02), high precision grade, with opposite distance of 30mm and length of 2 000mm, is labeled as follows: Hexagonal bar GB/T 4423-HPb61-1 H02 Height 30X2 000 or, Hexagonal bar GB/t4423-t37100h02 Height-30X2 000 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Chemical composition Chemical composition of rod and bar of H96 designation shall meet those specified in Table 3, while that of other designations shall meet those specified of GB/T 5231.
