1 Scope
This standard specifies the order requirements, manufacturing process, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, acceptance, quality certificate, marking and packaging of vacuum treated alloy steel forgings for rotor and shaft forgings of 25 MW to 200 MW steam turbines.
This standard is applicable to the order, manufacturing and inspection of vacuum treated alloy steel forgings for rotors and shafts of steam turbines with stream temperature not exceeding 565 ℃

3 Order requirements
3.1 The purchaser shall indicate the adopted standard, material designation, corresponding technical requirements and inspection items as well as inspection items beyond the scope of this standard in the order contract.
3.2 The purchaser shall provide the order drawing of forgings with marked sampling position of mechanical property test and finish machining dimension of blade groove depth.
3.3 The purchaser shall indicate the items to be inspected on site in the contract.

1 Scope

3 Order requirements
3.1 The purchaser shall indicate the adopted standard, material designation, corresponding technical requirements and inspection items as well as inspection items beyond the scope of this standard in the order contract.
