1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labelling, packaging, transportation and storage for travelling case and trolley bag (hard and soft).
This standard is applicable to various travelling cases and trolley bags with such functions as loading and carrying clothes and equipped with traveling wheel and pull rods.

3 Product Classification
3.1 By variety
——Travelling hard case;
——Travelling soft case;
——Trolley bag.
3.2 By shell materials
——Travelling case and trolley bag with leather as shell fabric;
——Travelling case and trolley bag with artificial leather / synthetic leather as shell fabric;
——Travelling case and trolley bag with reproduced leather as shell fabric;
——Travelling case and trolley bag with fabrics as shell fabric;

3.3 By types

4 Requirements
4.1 Specification
4.1.1 Travelling case
Product specification and permissible deviation shall meet those specified in Table 1.

4.1.2 Trolley bag
Various trolley bags equipped with traveling wheel and pull rod and the product specification shall meet the design requirement, with a permissible deviation of ±5mm.
4.2 Materials and accessories
Adopt in accordance with relevant product standards.
4.2.1 Harmful matter limit
The harmful matter limit of leather and reproduced leather shall meet the requirements of GB 20400 and Table 2; for polyvinyl chloride artificial leather material, the harmful matter limit shall meet the requirements of GB 21550; the harmful matter limit of fabrics material shall meet those specified in Table 2 and the limit of harmful substances of adhesives shall meet those specified in Table 3.

4.2.6 Hardware fitting
It shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2002.1 and QB/T 2002.2.
4.2.7 Zipper
It shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2171, QB/T 2172 and QB/T 2173, etc..
4.3 Appearance quality
4.3.1 Case body (bag body)
Body is upright, teeth are straight and even; the body is upright and stable without unevenness and deflection.
4.3.2 Case surface (bag surface)
4.3.2.1 Soft case and trolley bag
The color and lustre of shell fabric shall be matching and the stitched parts shall be free from obvious typhloscle, arched wrinkle and shall be neat as a whole without stains; the leather and reproduced leather shell fabric shall be free from obvious damage, cracked surface and crazing; the artificial leather / synthetic leather shell fabric shall be free from obvious unevenness and marks; the main positions of the fabrics shell shall be free from broken warp, broken weft, skipped thread, crazing and other defects, and two minor defects are allowed at the minor positions.
