3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
automotive paint protection film
film generally containing three functional structures: adhesive layer, base film and surface coating, which is pasted on part of an automobile or the whole vehicle and has a certain degree of protection and/or decoration on the outer paint surface of automotive paint and parts
3.2
dent
irrecoverable mark formed on the surface of the film due to extrusion by external force
3.3
flow line
trace formed on the film surface due to uneven production process
3.4
crease
irrecoverable crease on the film
3.5
inclusion
impurity whose composition is inconsistent with the film and cannot be removed
3.6
blooming
phenomenon of substances migrating to the surface of the membrane layer to form sediment
3.7
rain stain
irremovable stain formed on the surface of the film by rain
