Specification for construction and acceptance of water and sewerage Pipeline in petrochemical industry
1 Scope
This specification specifies the construction requirements and quality standards of petrochemical water supply and drainage pipeline engineering.
This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of buried and above-ground pipelines of water supply and drainage in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of petrochemical enterprises and enterprises that use coal as raw materials to produce fuel and chemical products, as well as underground pipelines of fire protection system in the plant area.

3 Basic provisions
3.1 The varieties, specifications and properties of pipes, accessories and other raw materials used in water supply and drainage pipeline engineering shall comply with the relevant national standards and design requirements.
3.2 Domestic water supply pipeline, accessories and other materials shall comply with the relevant hygiene standards.
3.3 Water supply and drainage pipeline construction shall be carried out according to the provisions of design documents, and the modification of design or material substitution shall be approved by the design unit.
3.4 Before the construction of water supply and drainage steel pipeline engineering, welding operation instructions shall be prepared according to welding procedure qualification, and welders shall weld according to the operation instructions.
3.5 Welders who weld steel pipeline shall be tested and qualified according to TSG Z6002-2010.
3.6 The insulation construction of water supply and drainage pipeline shall comply with GB 50645.
3.7 Safety technology and labor protection of water supply and drainage pipeline construction shall comply with GB 50484.
4 Materials
4.1 General
4.1.1 Products such as water supply and drainage pipeline components and main raw materials of pipeline structures shall enter the site for acceptance when approaching the construction site. During acceptance, the quality certification documents of each batch of products shall be checked, and re-inspected according to the provisions of relevant national standards, and can be used only after passing the acceptance.
4.1.2 Before use of the materials, the materials, specifications and models shall be verified according to the requirements of the design documents, and their dimensional tolerances and performance indicators shall comply with the corresponding product standards.
4.1.3 The surface of steel pipes and fittings shall not have defects such as cracks, folds, hair lines, rolling, layer separation and scarring, and the depth of corrosion, depression, scratch and mechanical damage shall not exceed the negative deviation of wall thickness.
4.1.4 The surface of cast iron pipes and fittings shall not have cracks or uneven defects that hinder the use, and the inner working face of the socket and the outer working face of the spigot of pipes and fittings with rubber ring interface shall not have defects that affect the sealing performance of the joints.
4.1.5 The inner and outer surfaces of concrete pipes shall not have cracks, looseness, holes and other defects. The outer surfaces of the spigot and the socket (or casing) of flexible interfaces shall be flat and accurate in size. The damage depth of the working face of the joints shall be less than 1/3 of the wall thickness, and the width shall be less than 1/3 of the spigot and socket depth or 1/4 of the butt and strap width. The total damage length of each nozzle shall not be more than 1/6 of the perimeter, and shall be repaired before use.
4.1.6 Glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic pipe and steel skeleton polyethylene composite pipe and pipe fittings shall be consistent in color, without uneven color and decomposition discoloration line, and the inner and outer surfaces shall be smooth and flat, without bubbles, cracks and obvious marks and depressions. For pipes and fittings of composite pipes, there shall be no unattached phenomenon between base layer and composite layer.
4.1.7 The sealing surface of flange and blind plate shall be even and smooth, without burrs and radial grooves.
4.1.8 The threads of bolts, nuts and threaded pipe fittings shall be complete, without scars, burrs and other defects, and the threads shall be well matched.
4.1.9 Non-metallic gaskets shall comply with the design documents or corresponding product standards.
4.1.10 The following components shall not be exposed to the sun, and the storage conditions shall comply with corresponding product standards:
a) valves with rubber, plastic and other non-metallic sealing surfaces;
b) rubber, plastic and other non-metallic lining parts;
c) Plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic composite pipe and steel skeleton polyethylene composite pipe and composite pipeline.
4.1.11 The rubber ring used in the joints shall comply with the corresponding standards, and the appearance shall be smooth and even, without cracks, damages, bubbles and other defects.
4.1.12 Rubber rings for joints shall be stored indoors at a temperature of-5℃ to 40℃, free from sunlight and at the distance from the heat source for more than 1 m, and shall not be stored with oil, solvent that can dissolve rubber and acid, alkali, salt and other substances that corrode rubber, and shall not be pressed for a long time.
4.1.13 Bonding solvent for bonding joints shall be provided with product instruction manual, which includes manufacturer name, production date, expiration date and use method, etc. There shall be no clumps, insoluble particles and other impurities in the bonding solvent free from gelation or delamination. It shall be kept away from fire sources during storage, transportation and use.
4.2 Valves
4.2.1 As for the appearance inspection on the valves, their parts shall be complete and in good condition, and the packing gland bolts shall have compression margin. Transmission device and operating mechanism shall act flexibly, reliably and without jamming.
