YB/T 5055-2025 Crane rails
1 Scope
This document specifies the ordering content, dimensions, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, mark and quality certificate for crane rails.
This document is applicable to QU70 to QU120 rails (hereinafter referred to as "rails") used for the tracks of crane carts and crane trolleys.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
heat
all cast billets cast from one heat of molten steel, excluding the first cast billet cast from the next heat of molten steel that enters the tundish
3.2
sequence
continuous casting of molten steel of different heats but the same grade in the tundish
4 Ordering contents
The contract or order placed in accordance with this document shall at least include the following contents:
a) number of this document;
b) product name;
c) model;
d) grade;
e) quantity and length;
f) delivery state;
g) special requirements.
5 Dimensions, shape and weight
5.1 Dimensions and allowable deviations
5.1.1 The cross-section form and dimensions of the rails shall meet those specified in Annex A.
5.1.2 The allowable deviations of rail dimensions shall meet those specified in Table 1.
