1 Scope
This standard specifies the general safety requirements of small-power motors.
This standard is applicable to the small-power motors (hereinafter referred to as “motors”) specified in "General Technical Requirements for Small Power Motors" (GB/T 5171), and the other similar motors also may be implemented by making reference thereto.
This standard is not applicable to the control motors (such as servomotor, autosynchromotor, rotary transformer, tachogenerator and induction phase shifter, etc).
2 Normative References
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding correction to), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, the parties whose enter into agreement according to these specifications are encouraged to research whether the latest editions of these labels are applied or not. For undated normative references, the lastest edition is applicable to this standard.
