GB 1499.1-2024 Steel for the reinforcement of concrete - Part 1: Hot rolled plain bars
1 Scope
This document specifies the designations, dimensions, shapes, weights and permissible tolerances, smelting and properties, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate for hot rolled plain bars for the reinforcement of concrete (hereinafter referred to as steel bars).
This document is applicable to hot rolled straight or coiled plain bars for the reinforcement of concrete.
This document is not applicable to recycled steel bars that are rolled again from finished steel.
