1. Scope
This national standard specifies general technical delivery requirements of all steel and steel products included in GB/T 15574 except cast steel and sintered metal products.
When the provisions of the product standard or the agreement of the contract is inconsistent with the provisions of this standard, the requirements shall be based on the product standard and the contract agreement.

Inspection refers to the activity that determine, inspect, test and measure one or more of characteristic values of a sort of product or service, and make comparison with the specified value, so as to determine whether this activity is eligible.
