1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification code, ordering information, dimension appearance and permissible variation, technical specifications, test methods and, test rules as well as package, marking and quality certificates etc of the hot-rolled quality carbon structural steel strips.
This standard is applicable to the hot-rolled quality carbon structural steel strips with width less than 600mm and thickness not greater than 12mm; the steel strip with width 600mm~750mm may refer to this standard.

This standard specifies the classification code, ordering information, dimension appearance and permissible variation, technical specifications, test methods and, test rules as well as package, marking and quality certificates etc of the hot-rolled quality carbon structural steel strips.
This standard is applicable to the hot-rolled quality carbon structural steel strips with width less than 600mm and thickness not greater than 12mm; the steel strip with width 600mm~750mm may refer to this standard.
