1 Scope
This part of GB/T 32960 specifies the terminologies, definitions, system structure and general requirements of remote service and management system for electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as system).
This part is applicable to the data communication between on-board terminal, enterprise service and management platform and public service and management platform of blade electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terminologies and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and the following ones apply.

the system collecting, processing and managing the information of electric vehicles and providing information service for network users. It is composed of public service and management platform, enterprise service and management platform and on-board terminal
3.2
public service and management platform
the platform built by the nation, local government or designated agency for carrying out data collection and unified management for electric vehicles within their jurisdiction
3.3
enterprise service and management platform
the platform self-built by complete vehicle enterprise or built by entrusting the technical unit of a third party for carrying out management for electric vehicles and the users in service scope and providing safety operation service and management
3.4
on-board terminal
the device or system installed on electric vehicles for collecting and saving the key state parameters of complete vehicle and system components and sending them to platform
4 System Framework
4.1 See Figure 1 for the overall structure of remote service and management system for electric vehicles.

4.2 The enterprise-specified communication protocol may be adopted for the connection from on-board terminal to enterprise service and management platform. The data collected by enterprise service and management platform shall include the parameters required by public service and management platform. The data collection frequency of on-board terminal shall not be less than the data sending frequency required by public service and management platform.
4.3 According to communication protocol for platform transformation, enterprise service and management platform shall transmit the data and relevant information collected by on-board terminal to the public service and management platform.
4.4 The public service and management platform shall manage the vehicle information provided by enterprise service and management platform, provide supervision and management service and provide relevant information to automobile management and quality supervision departments and the like.
