3 Basic requirements
3.1 Corrosiveness classification
3.1.1 Corrosive medium can be divided into gaseous medium, liquid medium and solid medium according to its existence form. All kinds of medium shall be classified according to their nature, content and environmental conditions. The corrosive medium category of the production part shall be determined in accordance with the production conditions.
3.1.2 The corrosiveness of medium to building materials under long-term action may be classified into four classes: strongly corrosive (A), moderately corrosive (B), weakly corrosive (C) and slightly corrosive (D); if multiple media of the same form act simultaneously on the same part, the highest corrosiveness class shall be; if the same medium is classified into different corrosiveness classes by different methods, the highest one shall be taken.
3.1.3 The relative humidity of the environment shall be the actual relative humidity of the part where the component is placed; if the production condition has little effect on the relative humidity of the environment, the annual average relative humidity of the area where the project is located may be used; for the part that is often in a wet state or inevitably dewy, the relative humidity of the environment shall be greater than 75%.
3.1.4 At normal temperature, the corrosiveness class of gaseous medium to building materials can be determined according to the medium concentration and ambient humidity in accordance with Table 3.1.4.
