1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection (test) method and inspection classification rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other technical features for casual wear.
This standard is applicable to casual wear whose raw materials are cotton, hemp, silk, chemical fiber and its blended fabric etc., and produced in batches.

3 Requirements
3.1 Instructions for use
Instructions for use of finished product shall comply with the requirements of GB 5296.4.
3.2 Specification for sizing systems
3.2.1 Sizing systems shall be selected according to the requirements of GB/T 1335.1 and GB/T 1335.2.
3.2.2 The specification of main parts on finished product may be designed by self according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 1335.1 and GB/T 1335.2.
3.3 Raw material
3.3.1 Shell fabric
Shell fabric suitable for casual wear shall be selected according to the reference standards for textile shell fabric.
3.3.2 Lining
Lining with property and color matching with the shell fabric used shall be adopted (except in special design).
3.3.3 Accessories
3.3.3.1 Lining cloth, shoulder pad
Adhesive interlining and shoulder pads with shrinkage, property, and color matching with the shell fabric used shall be selected, and the quality shall meet the requirements of corresponding product standards.
3.3.3.2 Suture
Suture suitable for the quality of accessories used shall be adopted. The shrinkage of embroidery thread shall match with the shell fabric; button thread shall be suitable for button in color; brand thread shall match with the brand ground colour (except ornamental thread).
3.3.3.3 Button and auxiliaries
Button (except ornamental button) and auxiliaries suitable for the shell fabric used shall be adopted. Zipper and metal auxiliaries shall be free from defects. Buttons and auxiliaries shall be rustless, and free of deformation and discolouring after washing and ironing.
3.4 Warp and weft direction
3.4.1 The allowed inclination degree of top collar, back and sleeve shall not be greater than 3%, and the bottom edge of front shall not warp conversely. The allowed inclination degree of trousers shall not be greater than 1.5 %.
3.4.2 The skew weft of colored woven checks shall not be greater than 3%.
3.5 Stripe and plaid matching
3.5.1 Apparent stripes or plaids of over 1.0cm, if on shell fabric, shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
