1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of steel vessel with mechanical agitating equipment (hereinafter referred to as “the agitating vessel”).
This standard is applicable to the agitating vessels that meet the requirements of GB 150, JB/T 4735 and HG/T 3109. The agitating vessel with mechanical agitating equipment is a steel vessel whose technological operation process is to use agitating liquid as the main medium (accompanied by gas and solid phases) and carries out various physical and chemical processes. Typical combination types of vessels and mechanical agitating equipment include top-in, oblique-in, bottom-in, side-in, etc.
It is not applicable to the following agitating equipment:
——agitating vessels heated by flame directly;
——agitating vessels under radiation;
——agitating vessels for fatigue analysis;
——glass-lined agitating vessels;
——agitating vessels that is frequently moved.
