1 Scope
This standard is applicable to detergent for food.
2 Terms and Definitions
2.1 Detergent for food
Materials used for washing and cleaning food, tableware as well as tools, equipment, containers and food packaging materials which contact with food.
3 Product Classification
The products are divided into two classes according to their use:
- Class A products, detergent used for cleaning food directly.
- Class B products, detergent used for cleaning tableware and tools, equipment, containers and food packaging materials which contact with foods.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Raw materials requirements
4.1.1 General
Raw materials used in detergent for food shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards and specifications.
4.1.2 Surfactant
4.1.2.1 Surfactants used in Class A products shall be those specified in the list of detergent raw materials which are allowed to be used in China.
4.1.2.2 Surfactants used in Class B products shall not have influence on human health under the used concentration and mode.
4.1.3 Preservative
4.1.3.1 Preservatives used in Class A products shall be those specified in the list of detergent raw materials which are allowed to be used in China.
4.1.3.2 Preservatives used in Class B products shall be those specified in the list of detergent raw materials which are allowed to be used in China or those specified in GB 22115.
4.1.4 Colorant
4.1.4.1 Colorants used in Class A products shall be those specified in the list of detergent raw materials which are allowed to be used in China.
4.1.4.2 Colorants used in Class B products shall be those specified in the list of detergent raw materials which are allowed to be used in China or those specified in GB 22115.
4.1.5 Essence
4.1.5.1 Essences used in Class A products shall meet the requirements of GB 30616.
4.1.5.2 Essences used in Class B products shall meet the requirements for Class 10 products of GB/T 22731-2008.
4.2 Product requirements
4.2.1 Physical and chemical indexes
Physical and chemical indexes shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
