This standard specifies the requirements on the emission control of air pollutants with stationary pollution sources in Beijing City.
This standard is applicable to the emission control of the air pollutants from existing stationary pollution sources as well as the environmental impact assessment, design and final acceptance of the construction, renovation and extension projects and the emission control of air pollutants after these projects are completed.
This standard is not applicable to the emission control of the air pollutants for boilers, bulk gasoline terminals, tank truck, gasoline filling station, building materials industry and other industrial furnaces, petroleum refining and petrochemicals manufacturing industry, cooking fume, as well as municipal solid wastes and hazardous wastes incineration. These aforementioned stationary pollution sources shall implement the corresponding emission standards of air pollutants of this city or of the state.
