Introduction of GB/T 5524-2008
本标准规定了原油、精制动植物油脂的扦样方法，扦样所需器具。本标准适用于液态油脂、固态油脂扦样。 本标准代替GB/T 5524-1985 《植物油脂检验 扦样、分样法》。
本标准与GB/T 5524-1985 相比的主要变化如下：
ａ）修改了标准的适用范围；
ｂ）增加了术语和定义；
ｃ）修改了对仪器的规定，补充了对多种扦样工具的要求；
ｄ）增加了附录Ａ“温度范围”；
ｅ）增加了附录Ｂ“扦样装置与辅助仪器举例”。
