This code specifies the design philosophies and construction standards of gas-steam combined-cycle power plants.
This code is applicable to the new and extended simple cycle and gas-steam combined-cycle power plants whose standard rated output of the gas turbine is 25MW- 250MW as well as renovation works for the similar units; the gas-turbine power plants and the cogeneration gas-turbine power plants whose standard rated output of gas turbine is less than 25MW also can refer to the provisions of this code for application.
