1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to unifying technical requirements in the design of the viscose fibre plant, achieving advanced technology, economy and rationality, safety and usability, and being conducive to environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and labor protection.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of construction, extension and renovation engineering for the viscose fibre plant with the dissolving pulp as the main material.
1.0.3 Engineering design of the viscose fibre plant shall comply with principles, policies and requirements of the national capital construction, actively adopt cleaner production technology, improve resources and energy efficiency maximally, exercise strict control over resources and energy consumption of unit products, encourage and promote integrated balance and utilization of the production process.
1.0.4 In the general design of the viscose fibre plant, in combination of the unified planning for the functional zoning shall be definite as far as possible so as to avoid cross contamination.
1.0.5 Design of the viscose fibre plant shall not only meet those specified in this code, but also the requirements of relevant current national standards.
