Fire-resistant structural steel plate, sheet and strip
1 Scope
This document specifies the designation representation, order information, dimension, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of fire-resistant structural steel plates, sheets and strips.
This document is applicable to steel plates and sheets with a thickness of not greater than 150mm and steel strips and their sheared sheet with a thickness of not greater than 25.4mm (hereinafter referred to as "steel plates, sheets and strips"), which are mainly used to manufacture general structures and engineering structures with fire resistance.

steel that contains a certain amount of alloy elements such as Mo and Cr to improve its fire resistance
4 Designation representation
4.1 The designation of fire-resistant structural steel is composed of four parts: "Q" (the Chinese phonetic alphabet representing the yield strength); the specified minimum upper yield strength; "FR" (the initials of "Fire Resistant"); quality grade symbol (B, C, D or E).
