Introduction of GB/T 8597-2003

1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements and methods for the cleaning, rust prevention and packaging of rolling bearings, commercial rolling elements and commercial rings. This standard is applicable to the inspection and acceptance of the cleaning, rust prevention, inner package and outer package of rolling bearings, commercial rolling elements and commercial rings by the manufacturer and the consumer. 2 Normative References The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard.
