1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is formulated with a view to ensuring the construction quality of cable line engineering, unifying the construction and acceptance criteria, and standardizing the quality control requirements and acceptance conditions during the construction.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of cable lines with rated voltage of 500kV and below and their auxiliary facilities.
1.0.3 The installation engineering of cable lines with special requirements such as those used in mines, vessels, seabed, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. shall also meet the relevant requirements of relevant professional standards.
1.0.4 The construction and acceptance of cable line shall meet the requirements specified in this standard and those in relevant current national standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 cable line
whole system consisting of cables, accessories, auxiliary equipment and auxiliary facilities
2.0.2 metallic sheath
metallic tubular cladding layer in uniform and continuous sealing
2.0.3 armour
cladding layer composed of metallic tape or metallic wire, which is generally used to protect cables from external mechanical force
2.0.4 cable termination
device installed at the end of a cable to connect the cable to other electric equipment or aerial power transmission line and maintain insulation up to the connection point
2.0.5 cable joint
device used for connecting cable to its conductor, insulation layer, shield and protective layer to realize continuous cable line
2.0.6 flexible joint
intermediate joint made by connecting unarmoured cables under the controllable conditions of factory, which is continuously armoured together with cable
2.0.7 cable dividing box
special electric connection equipment which is used for collecting and dividing cable lines in power distribution system, but is not generally provided with secondary auxiliary configuration such as control measurement
2.0.8 cable tunnel and cable line on-line monitoring system
system used for monitoring, analyzing, assisting in diagnosis, alarming and remotely controlling cable operating state and line facilities such as cable tunnel, which consists of field equipment, sensor, signal collection unit, monitoring host, monitoring substation and remote monitoring center
2.0.9 cable ducts
duct which is used to protect cable body laid inside and pull the cable out for replacement in case of cable fault, including single duct and rack duct
2.0.10 cable bearer
device usually formed by integral casting, welding of profiles or connection and assembling of fasteners for a purpose of supporting and fixing the cables
2.0.11 cable tray
continuous rigid structural system composed of straight section, non-straight section, accessories, bearer and hanger of tray (bracket) or ladder, for a purpose of supporting the cables
2.0.12 cable buildings
buildings such as cable trench, channel, tunnel, interlayer, vertical (inclined) shaft, and working shaft for laying of cable or placement of accessories
2.0.13 cable accessories
general terms of cable termination, joint and oil-filled cable pressure box
2.0.14 cable auxiliary equipments
general terms of cable line components such as cross-linked box, grounding box, sheath protector and monitoring system
2.0.15 cable auxiliary facilities
general terms of cable line components such as cable duct, bearer, tray and building
3 Basic requirements
3.0.1 Cables, accessories and auxiliary equipment shall meet the requirements of technical documents for product and shall be provided with product identification and qualification certificates.
3.0.2 Technical safety measures shall be taken for the construction of cable lines, and shall meet the requirements of this standard and technical documents for product.
3.0.3 Performances of fasteners such as mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and flame resistance shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. As for steel fasteners, hot-galvanized products or those with equivalent hot galvanizing performance shall be adopted except for anchor bolts.
3.0.4 For cable lines with anti-interference requirements, anti-interference measures shall be taken according to the design requirements.
