1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, codes, ordering information, dimension, shape, weight, permissible deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and product quality certificate of hot rolled stainless steel plate, sheet and strip.
This standard is applicable to corrosion-resistant stainless hot-rolled thick steel plate (hereinafter referred to as thick steel plate), corrosion-resistant stainless steel hot rolled wide strip (hereinafter referred to as wide steel strip) and its rolled cut-to-length steel plate (hereinafter referred to as coil cut steel plate) and longitudinally trimmed wide steel strip. It is also applicable to corrosion-resistant stainless steel hot rolled narrow steel strip (hereinafter referred to as narrow steel strip) and its coiled cut-to-length steel strip (hereinafter referred to as coil cut steel strip).

1 Scope
