1 Scope
This standard specifies order information, dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of quality hot rolled and forged carbon structural steel round tube blank.
This standard is applicable to hot rolled round tube blanks with diameters of 50 mm ~ 400 mm and forged round tube blanks with diameters of 60 mm ~ 900 mm (hereinafter referred to as tube blank) for manufacturing seamless steel pipes.
