1 Scope
This standard specifies the designation, classification and code number, order contents, dimensions, shape, weight and tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of low alloy steel and alloy steel hot-rolled steel plates and strips used for automobile frame.
It is applicable to hot-rolled steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips) 1.6mm~16.0mm in thickness used for manufacturing automobile frame (longitudinal frame and transverse frame).

1 Scope
