General requirements of hydrogen fuelling stations
Warning - This document provides technical reference for hydrogen fuelling stations. The relevant requirements for the approval, construction, acceptance, and operation of hydrogen fuelling stations are subject to the relevant provisions of laws, regulations, and mandatory national standards.
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for classification, hydrogen supply modes, equipment and components, hydrogen quality, electricity, control systems, delivery materials, testing, marking and labels, operation and management, and inspection and maintenance of hydrogen fuelling stations.
This document is applicable to gaseous hydrogen fuelling stations. It may serve as a reference for hydrogen fuelling facilities for hydrogen energy ships, trams, aircraft, construction vehicles, power generation devices, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 24499, GB/T 29729, GB/T 31138, GB 50156 and GB 50516 and the following apply.
3.1
hydrogen quality
quality of hydrogen and liquid hydrogen products
Note: Generally, it includes hydrogen purity and impurity content in hydrogen.
3.2
hydrogen unloading cabinet
special equipment connected to tube trailer/tube skid container for gaseous hydrogen with the functions of unloading, emergency cut-off, purging, venting etc.
3.3
hydrogen-contacting equipment
equipment that uses hydrogen or liquid hydrogen as the medium
4 Classification of hydrogen fuelling stations
4.1 According to the hydrogen supply mode, it may be classified into: in-station hydrogen production hydrogen fuelling stations and external hydrogen supplied hydrogen fuelling stations.
4.2 According to the operation mode, it may be classified into: self-use hydrogen fuelling stations and commercial hydrogen fuelling stations.
4.3 According to the pressure grade of the service object, it may be classified into: 35MPa-grade hydrogen fuelling stations and 70MPa-grade hydrogen fuelling stations.
4.4 According to the integration mode of the main equipment in station, it may be classified into: mobile hydrogen fuelling facilities and fixed hydrogen fuelling stations.
Note: Mobile hydrogen fuelling facilities are skid-mounted hydrogen fuelling equipment with equipment, components and frames integrated and fixed on the chassis for easy transportation and easy installation and use on site.
