1 General provisions
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, construction and building of the constructed, renovated and extended hydrogen fuelling station.
2 Terms
2.0.1 hydrogen fuelling station
special location filling hydrogen fuel for hydrogen storage cylinder of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle or hydrogen internal-combustion engine vehicle or hydrogen and natural gas fuelled vehicle
2.0.2 system of hydrogen produced on site
hydrogen production system set up in the hydrogen fuelling station, which is usually the general name of system for hydrogen production, purification, compression and its supporting facilities

pressure vessel for storage of liquid hydrogen, including insulation system, necessary safety device, pressure and liquid level displaying instruments, etc.
2.0.11B pressure vessels for storage of metal hydride
hydrogen storage pressure vessel filled with reversible metal hydrides, including heat exchanging system, necessary safety accessories as well as pressure inspection and displaying instruments, etc.
2.0.11C liquid hydrogen booster pump
equipment for boosting the pressure of liquid hydrogen to that required by hydrogen dispenser

2.0.18A tube skid container for gaseous hydrogen
mobile pressure vessel for transporting compressed hydrogen formed by permanently connecting a single hydrogen storage cylinder with a nominal water volume of 1,000L~4,200L to components such as pipeline, safety accessories, instruments and filling and discharging accessories through supporting end plate or frame
2.0.19 liquid hydrogen lorry truck
transport vehicle equipped with liquid hydrogen storage tank, which is equipped with corresponding connecting pipelines, valves and safety accessories
2.0.20 tank containers for liquid hydrogen
tank container equipped with liquid hydrogen storage tank, which is equipped with corresponding connecting pipelines, valves and safety accessories
2.0.21 state of charge (SOC)
ratio of the density of hydrogen in the hydrogen storage cylinder after fuelling to that under nominal working pressure at a gas temperature of 15℃
2.0.22 materials in contact with hydrogen
materials in direct contact with hydrogen during normal operation of hydrogen fuelling station
3 Basic requirements
3.0.1 Hydrogen fuelling station shall be designed in combination with hydrogen supply mode. In the hydrogen fuelling station, hydrogen may be supplied by the transport via tube trailers for gaseous hydrogen, tube skid container for gaseous hydrogen, liquid hydrogen lorry truck, tank containers for liquid hydrogen, or through pipeline transportation and system of hydrogen produced on site. The hydrogen fuelling station may be jointly constructed with natural gas fuelling station or gasoline filling station.
3.0.2 This subclause is deleted.
3.0.2A The grading of hydrogen fuelling station shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 3.0.2A.
